I plucked up the courage to contact Tanya and I'm so glad I did. I can't recommend her enough. I'm a full time gardener and have struggled with back pains for over five years now. After physio and a final M.R.I. scan it showed a deteriorated disc in my lower back, but as the NHS was not able to offer an operation at this stage I had to find an alternative to help myself. I knew although I had a strong upper body strength from the gardening but my core had become weak and this affected my posture, and the pain. Tanya saw me for a trial and listened to everything I had to say and felt I needed from my training,  putting together a bespoke plan for me which was tweaked with an alternative if I couldn't do a particular exercise. By the end of my first block I was achieving things I couldn't do at the start, such as putting on my socks without horrific back pain - such a massive relief.
Tanya always made sure I did the exercises properly and I loved the fact she would changed the routine, working the same muscles in different ways.
