So you want to gain fitness and good health? Brilliant! 

With me as your personal trainer you can develop strength and flexibility, get fit, healthy, toned and confident. I use functional style training for you to achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively, so you can be your best every day.

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, qualified with HIIT,  Kettle Bells, TRX Suspension Training, Boxing Padwork, Exercise & Nutrition for Menopause, and Nordic Walking Training.  I'm based in Pulborough, West Sussex.

Where do we train?

I have a fantastic private gym-studio, for creative, fun and dynamic training sessions.  In my studio there are no judgements or comparisons. It’s a relaxed, safe space. I will create a program specifically for you that’s effective, yet challenges you to get the most out of each session. I’ll monitor and track your progress, and provide loads of motivation to get you the results you want.
